田瑞軍,南方科技大學化學系副教授(研究員),博士生導師(香港浸會大學-南方科技大學聯合博士培養項目),加拿大渥太華大學醫學院兼職教授,中國蛋白質組組織CNHUPO常務理事。

 

2008年在中國科學院大連化學物理研究所獲得分析化學博士學位,師從鄒漢法研究員,并獲得中國科學院院長優秀獎和中國科學院優秀畢業生獎勵。同年加入加拿大渥太華系統生物學研究所進行博士后研究,師從Daniel Figeys教授。2010年加入加拿大多倫多大學和西奈山醫院繼續博士后研究,師從Tony Pawson院士,并獲得加拿大國立衛生研究院(CIHR)博士后基金資助。2014年起受聘南方科技大學化學系副教授(研究員)。致力于蛋白質組學的方法學和應用研究,在細胞信號轉導、腫瘤微環境和干細胞定向分化等生物醫學方向開展了卓有成效的應用研究。已在國際主流學術期刊上發表論文近40篇,其中以責任作者在PNAS、Mol. Cell. Proteomics、Anal. Chem.、Angew Chem.等上發表文章近20篇,SCI他1000余次,H-index為20。曾榮獲深圳市海外高層次人才“孔雀計劃” B類人才(2014)、由國際蛋白質結構分析和蛋白質組學協會(IAPSAP)頒發的2012 Young Investigator Award,并在第八屆世界蛋白質組學大會(HUPO)等做邀請或口頭報告40余次。曾擔任第二屆中國蛋白質組組織(CNHUPO)第二屆青年學者研討會執行主席。目前擔任Scientific Reports (Nature Publishing Group)、Frontiers in Endocrinology和Austin Proteomics三種國際期刊的編委會委員職務。
